Support service for companies in justifying their already granted aid
This service is provided to companies that have initiated the process of obtaining aid on their own. Due to the current complexity of justifying most aid programs, they prefer to rely on an experienced consulting firm to handle this administrative process.
SF Consultores recommends that companies use this option, given that opting to justify certain granted aid without prior experience is a complex process that could result in the total or partial loss of the aid if they do not carry out all the procedures rigorously and according to the parameters required by Public Administrations, which are increasingly complex.
Our role basically consists of carrying out the following tasks:
- Ensure, with adequate justification, the amount granted to the company via resolution.
- Review the documentation necessary for the justification of the research project to ensure it meets the requirements requested by the Administration.
- Creation and completion of specific programs, supporting technical reports, annexes, and specific documents required for each project.
- Follow-up and contact with the Public Administration technician.
- Preparation and support of the visit of the Public Administration technician for the final supervision of the project.
