Working Method

WE EXPLAIN IT TO YOU IN VIDEO

This is how we work!

Our general approach, across all our services, involves a series of work phases to maximize the support we provide to our client companies. These phases are:

1. PREVIOUS ANALYSIS

We conduct a rigorous, preliminary study of possible grants, depending on the type of project our client is pursuing, analyzing the technical aspects and the conditions defined by the Administration, as well as conducting a study of the cost (effort and risk in obtaining the grant) and the outcome (the grant to be obtained).

2. PROCESSING OF AID

Once the client understands the project’s characteristics, potential funding options, and specific requirements for each, we establish a work schedule and a responsible team within our firm. We begin the operational work of pre-site visits to prepare and process projects with the relevant agencies in a timely manner.

3. FOLLOW-UP

Once the project is submitted, the monitoring phase begins, reaching its most important milestone when the Public Administration notifies the company of the grant award decision. At this point, a control milestone is established and a new schedule is set to ensure project execution complies with the requirements and obligations of the grant, thereby ensuring successful collection.

4. JUSTIFICATION

Prior to finalizing the schedule of obligations established by the grant itself, we begin the process of preparing the necessary supporting documentation requested by the Administration as a guarantee of project execution. In this way, we begin reviewing and preparing the supporting documentation (invoices, payments, administrative documents, etc.) and prepare the final reports. At the same time, we coordinate the interaction of other professionals, such as auditors. This phase concludes with a visit from the Administration’s technical expert, who gives the final approval to the subsidized project.

5. POST PROJECT

Once any subsidized project is completed, we monitor compliance with the subsequent reviews, usually every five years, as required for all grants.
