Below, we announce the main features of this year&#8217;s programs:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">A) Reindustrialization Loan Plan 2018 (imminent call).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Typology:<\/strong> Projects of Large Companies and Industrial SMEs, in investment for process improvement, productive expansion, new products, factory modernization, ICT, etc. (equipment, ships, etc.). <\/li>\n<li><strong>Loans<\/strong> up to 75% of the cost of the project. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Fixed interest rate:<\/strong> Between 1.5% and 4% (2017 conditions. Each call establishes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Typology:<\/strong> Projects of Large Companies and Industrial SMEs, in investment for process improvement, productive expansion, new products, factory modernization, ICT, etc. (equipment, ships, etc.). <\/li>\n<li><strong>Loans<\/strong> up to 70% of the cost of the project. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Fixed interest rate:<\/strong> Between 0% and 4%. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Loan term:<\/strong> From 3-5 years to 7 years. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Features:<\/strong> Investments linked to job creation, innovation and internationalization. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Completion period<\/strong>: from 6 to 18 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">C) Lost Fund Grant Lines<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Typologies:<\/strong> Support for industrial expansion and modernization projects (equipment, warehouses, etc.) of a multiannual nature. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Aid:<\/strong> Grant up to 40% depending on the type of project, company size, sector, autonomous community, etc. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Features:<\/strong> Investments linked to job creation, innovation and internationalization. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Investment realization period:<\/strong> 1-4 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SF consultants accumulates 20 years of experience at the service of the most dynamic and innovative companies, with excellent success rates and enhancing their business growth.
